Terms of Service

Last updated: August 14, 2026

The service

WhatToUpload is an AI-assisted planning tool for YouTube creators: idea management, packaging, scripts, research and a personalized creator memory. It is provided as-is during early access, and features may change.

Your account and content

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the content you submit. You retain all rights to the content you create with the product — ideas, titles, scripts and thumbnails generated for you are yours to use, commercially or otherwise.

You may not use the service to generate content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or to abuse, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

YouTube integration

Connecting a YouTube channel is optional and read-only. By connecting, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). You can disconnect at any time from the Channel page or via your Google account permissions.

AI output

AI-generated suggestions are starting points, not guarantees. We make no promises about video performance, views or revenue — and we deliberately never present predicted metrics. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it.

Pricing

The service is currently free during early access. Planned pricing is published on the pricing page; we will give notice before any charges begin, and you will never be charged without explicitly subscribing.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding a claim (currently zero during free early access).

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions: pranavmore.psm@gmail.com.
